Heng Swee Keat no longer Singapore's next PM; to relinquish Finance portfolio at Cabinet reshuffle

DEPUTY Prime Minister Heng Swee Keat is no longer in the running to become Singapore's next prime minister, with a cabinet reshuffle set to take place in two weeks that will also see the appointment of a new Finance Minister.
