Pennsylvania awards more than $1.8 million for local rail freight improvement projects

The State Transportation Commission voted to approve the projects through the Rail Transportation Assistance Program (RTAP) and the Rail Freight Assistance Program (RFAP) which are estimated to create or sustain more than 200 jobs throughout the commonwealth.
